For over 25 years Lottman & Carpenter Construction has provided

concrete construction and soil conservation services. The company

is located on the North edge of Diller, Nebraska off of Highway 103,

just 20 miles South West of Beatrice, Nebraska.

Lottman & Carpenter Construction specializes in commercial, industrial

and retail flat concrete floors. On all projects of considerable size we

incorporate the use of a Somero S-240 Laser Screed to insure that all

Floor Flatness [FF] and Floor Levelness [FL] requirements are met. No

floor tolerance is too high for us to achieve. We also have experience

with dry shake on hardeners and other special concrete toppings.

Lottman & Carpenter Construction serves primarily the Nebraska and Kansas regions, but we have also done work in the surrounding states of Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Missouri, Minnesota, and Wyoming.
